If you are trying to access your free trial and receive the message that your email address is already in use, this means you have already registered at some time in the past. In this situation please contact customer service, and if you have not used your trial previously or would like to try the program again they can apply another trial to your account (conditions may apply).


If you would like to access a free trial for an additional child you can do so by logging into your account to the family dashboard and clicking on the 'Add a Child' tab.
